“Feeling fabulous at the close of this wonderful 'Age Well Feel Fabulous' course...
My perspective on ageing has definitely transformed from anxiety to confidence
I have received tools for daily practise to maximise health.
This is the best health enhancing toolkit I could have found anywhere. Love the 4 holistic components of the course; movement, digestive health, brain health and relaxation. Integrating the learning and the practises has been so enriching. Love the videos, handouts, practise photos, chat questions and responses.
Given that family members have had challenges with dementia, I particularly appreciate the techniques for maximising plasticity in the brain. I have also been provided with new movements I have not found before, despite knowing that weights, building strength and balance are so vital. Once again the Dru team has brought together an excellent team, all incredibly knowledgeable and inspirational who are so clear and professional.
I so appreciate all of the capable tutors
I have liked the 21 day format with new short videos daily. The tracker for practise has helped me to keep up to date and on track. Continuing to have access to the videos after the course is such a benefit too. At some point all of the practises will become like second nature. Everyone should do this course, it is incredibly worthwhile, so beneficial on many levels, it is clearly life enhancing and increases vitality.
A huge thank you to the amazing Dru team. ”

"I really enjoyed Radha's upper body strengthening exercises …
…and was thrilled that I could do all the movements, even the weights; although I’ll build up very gradually with the 3 kg weights I bought. Radha is right, that it gives a feeling of inner power! Exciting!
I’m really enjoying the videos…
Another brilliant talk from Janey regarding eating to nourish the body rather than satisfy the mind.. ….& I also loved Radha’s movements for strengthening the lower body, having realised a few months ago that I was beginning to feel a bit weak and ungrounded in my legs especially when going up hills and steps… & Louise’s talk on neuro plasticity….fantastically exciting! Thanks to you all!!
Hello All….
I’m Kate, already ageing ( 83 ) and feeling fabulous….& there is always more to learn! It’s also great to be with a group of like minded people who want to make the best of life; sadly too many of my peers simply want to complain about how life is treating them and feel it’s too late to change… Ayurveda has taught me that it’s never too late to make changes to improve your life…(I qualified as a Dru Ayurvedic Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach for my 81st Birthday) I’m aiming to live until I’m 108 and I’m very happy to leave when I’m called, after all I’ve had 13 glorious ‘bonus’ years already (if a ‘normal’ lifespan is ‘three score years and ten’!)

"Let's get Muscles!
Big thanks Radha for the fab introduction to upper body strength this morning. It's great to have variations and to have the encourage steady progress while listening to our bodies. I have a chunky grandson so definitely need those muscles and good posture too. :)”

"I loved this course about Age Well Feel Fabulous' course. It showed me that ageing is not something to be afraid of as the changes we go through are natural and can be eased off through Ayurveda, one of the most interesting things I learned is about the brain and how to keep it still working well and healthy through a very special breathing technique as well as through some exercises. I do these every day now and my memory certainly has improved.”
